My stay was incredibly disappointing, marking a drastic decline from previous visits. The cleanliness was unacceptable, with a lingering smell in the room and poor toiletries. Although the location is fantastic near the train station, the hotel is in dire need of maintenance and better service. Despite being charged extra for additional guests, my family did not receive the extra beds we requested. Meals were lackluster, and Wi-Fi is no longer complimentary, adding to an already frustrating experience.
During my stay, I found the hotel to be conveniently located next to the railway junction and bus stand, making it easy to get around. The staff were generally helpful, but the service could be improved, especially with in-room dining. The breakfast provided was average but sufficient for my needs, and the ambiance of the hotel was quite nice. However, I did notice that the rooms needed some maintenance, which was disappointing.
